Another practice layout, this was not so much about overall bling of the design, but more about fonts, and content spacing

Its been awhile since ive seen a design like this, Its very clean and displayed well.

The header part, from the navigation upwards has been done exstreamly well in my opinion. I love the feel that it gives and is somthing i would enjoy browsering through.

However from that part downwards is where i think things begin to drop alittle. I think you should of used the same sort of effect used in the header, The italic bars. instead of the dotted seperators you used in the bottom.

The font and colors used was great, but i think the design may also be alittle to plain. Like more could of been added to really give it that impact.

This critique stems from the fact that my eyesight isn't perfect so this will be why I will see things differently from others.

Overall, this is a very clean design with everything laid out in an extremely easy to read way. The description in the image as well as the obvious left and right buttons are a nice touch, as is the descriptions below the link. It's all there in black and white, just the way I like it.

My only flaws with this design are the stark contrast between the background and the bars next to the "Moda" logo. A darker grey would work nicely. My other thought is with the lack of contrast between the background and the text under the three subheadings. My vision causes similarly coloured objects to overlap or blend while large stark contrasts causes trails to appear below my eyes. Darker grey for the larger areas (the bars) and lighter text for the content text would work great, but keep in mind, this is what I see, so if everyone else sees differently, that's alright.

But in terms of simplicity, it works really well and the text spacing stands out, but in a good way. Great job!
